Offering prizes then not awarding them

For the month of November of last year SAB ran a promotion at Pirates Club, Greenside where if you ordered a 1 litre Castle Draught you could enter a competition to win a draught dispensing unit by filling out a pre-printed card with your name, email address and phone number and entering a lucky draw.<br> <br> As I brew my own beer and keg it, this kind of prize is right up my street and so I drank several litres per week in an attempt to get as entries into the competition as possible. I had friends entering promising me if they won they would give me the prize. Nobody normally drinks litre glasses so the promotion posed a bit of an extra challenge. <br> <br> Come the end of November and supposedly the end of the competition no winner was announced. All efforts to find out who won from Pirates administrative staff were told \the SAB rep is still to draw the winner and let us know". <br> <br> Still waiting for a winner from November the competition was relaunched in May and again I drank several litre mugs of Castle Draught to try and win the dispenser. Again the competition has closed and no winner has been announced.<br> <br> I think it is fairly dishonest to have a competition and not award the prize - twice!"""
