No Service ....

So being a Castle light ***** for years , i bought a case of 340ML from my local PnP Botle store, Four of my bottles Brke when i opened the tops the glass basicly shattered when the tops where removed,and one of the bottles had a black lable cap,

SO i took it to PnP and was told i should contact SABS wich i did , i lodged a complaint over three weeks ago with them?

Noone even bothered getting back to me ? What kind of Service i this ?
