No response to request, no communication from rep

My business closed in November 2018. Requested rep that my fridge must be collected ASAP. He confirmed that it will be done but no date were given. Followed up in Feb - he said he would follow up - got no info from him. Followed up 3/6/19 - he said he will follow up. Its been 6 months sine my first request - terrible service !!!
