No response from SAB, after complaint lodged

I bought some Flyingfish from the pick and pay in lynnwood ridge. I placed them in my fridge and they all leaked out over everything else in my fridge. Not only did I not get to enjoy the Flyinfish, it also damaged other items in my fridge. I comlained to SAB on their website, however still no response from them.
