No proper response regardiing delivery

Hi <br> <br> I placed an order on Wednesday (22 July), but now I have been kicked around all the possible pillars by SAB call center if I inquire about the order. Most frustrating incident is Saterday because I called in the morning and I was promised that planning department will call me, but they never did. I called during the day and I was assured by Planning department in Mafikeng Depot that I should rest assured that my order will come before end of Saturday. I called again at 16:45 and Call center agent told me that my order is been cancelled. I called on Sunday and I was promised that Sunday delivery is not guaranteed but Monday definitely my order will come through. I called Monday morning (27 July 2015) and according Call center my order is still no planned. Everytime I request to be transferred to Mafikeng Depot I dont get through or I dont get concrete feedback.
