NO HELP FROM SAB TO BUSINESS OWNERS

I am the owner of a 160-seat restaurant based in Amanzimtoti. Since receiving our liquor license we have been unable to get ANY sales representative from SAB in Prospecton to visit our venue. I was informed that the new rep, with whom I have been in contact for several months, does not have a car as yet. After many a phone call and many fights, the sales manager, Skhumbuzo Mqadi, visits us. He commits to send us documents the same day. Today, 14 days later, nothing has been received. After numerous calls he has eventually answered his phone. I was told that SAB does not close any new contracts as they are waiting for the App, on which contracts will be done, to be finished. Until then no contracts are being closed. Calling their switch board is also impossible as no-one ever answers. NO HELP FROM SAB TO BUSINESS OWNERS
