No delivery, no feedback, no explanation

An order was placed with SAB on Thursday for delivery Friday, they took down the order details incorrectly and never delivered the order as it was over our limit, but we have never gone over our limit before and no effort was made to contact us, the order was just held back<br> We made contact on Friday after only receiving promotional items and not the actual order<br> They confirmed that it was a mistake on their side, corrected the order and promised to deliver that same day.<br> No delivery came, they then promised to deliver the Saturday, again no delivery, it is now Tuesday and still no delivery or even an effort to contact us from their side<br> This is unacceptable and I hope that this complaint will escalate to somebody that at least has the decency to call us back!<br>
