No delivery

I have never come across the worst service ever from SAB you call the Rep with regards to how far is the driver and keeps saying the driver is 5 minutes away and I still waited for 2 hours and still no sign of truck. .. I even tried calling Ditshego his manager whom he reports he doesn't answer his ****** fone. I even tried calling Ruwald who at times goes an extra mile but failed me today. SAB doesn't treat their customers fairly period. They quick to place orders but fail to deliver.. Their service is pathetic. I was promised my delivery will never be later then 4pm and I was assured of that by Ruwald.. I hope I get answers soon a very irate customer.
