my springbok jerseys were never delivered after th

I won a competition to have my pictures printed on the back of the springbok jerseys, they were suppose to be delivered by the 18th of sep, I got a call that they were on their way on the 18th to deliver my tshirts, I made sure someone was home all day, but no one showed up. I then queried this on the castle lager page on facebook, they apologised and offered me a case of beer, and assured me they would deliver my tshirts asap, I havent heard anything from them ever since, I dont want another case of beer I want my tshirts, how am I suppose to give the boks my Homeground advantage if I don't have them, that was the whole point after all. I was really disappointed, now I'm really just annoyed.
