My price

Good day iam an outlet owner by AyobaSkops Lounge located @ umgababa south coast of durban . On the 13 of October 2022 I attended an event called price it right held by SAB @ amanzimtoti civic centre ....where I won an amount of R1000 which was supposed to be depsited into my SAB account ...while still at the event I recieved an sms with a link from SAB @ my number ***congratulating me on pricing it right where I was a winner and needed to spin ...of which I immediately spinned it and won an invertor which was won some of the outlet owner present on that day ...I quickly went to my representative rep to enquire if this was legit and are they aware of which he confirmed that yes it legit and there are aware... I have since enquired regarding the item and the R1000 but have not received concrete update nor answer ...my rep has informed that he has always enquired but to no avail...Iam yet to get an answer as to what is happening with my winnings as it has been over 4 months already ....the people that won airtym and data recieved them immediately but it seems with my winnings nothing is happening and no 1 from SAB have contacted me regarding this item nor matter ...I would like some feedback on what is the way forward
