Invitation not given for a competition to customer

Your Rep JAMES for Soweto Orlando, never gave us an invitation for the competition which was held yesterday the 18th March 2015 at Nasrec Soweto . We received a call from a friend that Walaza's Inn tavern in Soweto Orlando had won a Car and since I was not there the price was given to someone else. Iam very much dissapointed in the way your Reps work. He usually leaves letters in our mailbox,why did we not get the invitation? When I rushed to the event I was told by the security guards that I cannot enter the event because I had no invitation.Where the hell was i supposed to get the Invitation if your So called Rep did not bother to send me one ??? We have been loyal SAB customers for years and they should have had the decency to contact me to come and collect my price instead of then handing it over to the next person.Your Reps are not doing their jobs efficiently, and this matter needs to be investigate as I will not accept the fact t I won the Competition, but could not be given the price because of the in-competencies of your Reps. And should I not received any resolutions to this complaint i will escalate this matter futher to the Complaints Board.
