Interactive Website with no response

I sent a "complaint" to your interactive section on your website (complaints / compliments) over a month ago with regards to a six pack of Redds where one bottle was completely empty. I sent the batch number and date etc, yet to hear from anyone. May I suggest if you have portals online that you either service them or remove them.
