Ignoring emails, calls, messages

Please can the prize sponsor read this and get back to me:

I was notified I was a winner via phone call on June 10th 2022. This was for the Castle try of the year competition which was in January 2022. All necessary documents were sent through. I have been following up on where my prize is and all I get is excuses. They are apparently still validating my documents??? 6 months now. I was contacted in August to say my prize would arrive mid September. Still nothing!!!! I received this via twitter from Castle Lager:

We're currently investigating the reason for the delay in the delivery of your prize, Dawn.

We will communicate what the cause of the backlog is as soon as we have concluded the investigation.

Still nothing!!! Then I received a call to let me know that there is no stock of rugby shirts which is what I won. I explained to him that I have waited 6 months for my prize and therefore I will wait for stock. If they had sent my prize 6 months ago (it is almost a year since the competition) and this is really heartbreaking. I am being offered a case of beer but I entered for the rugby merchandise and I really feel that I have been treated unfairly and most likely totally forgotten about all these months. This is really ********* unfair and unjust.
