I want my order of the 20Nov 2020

I need your help.. I have a problem here my rep Sidile Sibiya she makes me a fool like I don't know anything about my account.,on the 18Nov I placed an order (order number ***4) then deposited money on the 19Nov then my order was expected to be delivered on 20Nov but nothing then I made follow up about it they told me that it was delivered but I didn't get it.. So with CIC consulted we made a Query/Complaint (***) the guy who was helping me he told me that my rep must do follow up.. Then Sidile put other order (order number ***3) they take money for that order to my credit but she claim that she fixed it... May please check for me that what happend with the order of the 20Nov because it was not solved that problem... Now it means SAB token my money for order of the order that was placed on the 18Nov but I didnt get it... Sidile she just take me to pillor to post she doesn't give me answers, the only thing she knows she keep on placing orders than fixing the first problem.. No one willing to help me!
