I run a small Tavern and I do my orders via SAB Brewery. A guy called Silas was tasked as the Rep of the Tavern I run and I do my orders via him. On Friday the 24th of July, I submitted my order to him and he was supposed to get back to me and advise of the payment due. He did not get back to me and I had to phone him for the payment due. On Saturday morning the 26th of July, I paid the money which was due and he said my Order will be delivered by 12 noon. When I realized that Order was not coming through, I kept on phoning him and did not answer my calls. At around 4pm, I called him using a different number he then said he was at a funeral and would get back to me. He did not get back to me and I had to phone him. He said my Order would be delivered around 6pm. 6pm came and went, there was still no delivery. I had to close my Tavern as I had no alcohol to sell. I tried calling him the entire evening and very late on Saturday but there was no answer. I tried him Sunday morning the 26th of July. He said that the SAB truck got damaged on Saturday night and my Order was in that truck thus the delay. He said that it will be delivered between 12 noon to 1pm. It's 9pm, still no delivery!
