Half full can of Castle lite

We purchased some six-packs of Castle lite in Kloof, Durban.<br> <br> One of the cans are only filled about half. We still have the can at home and it is sealed. <br> <br> Just wondering how often this tends to happen as one pay for supposedly 'six'. Where is the Quality Assurance?<br>
