Half filled and punctures in Cans

Emails to their help centre and calls are still unanswered from end August 2017

Good day,

I bought a 2x12 400ml cans packs Castle lights for my lil sister's 21st after party.

Only to discover that some cans were leaking firstly, but since some only drink lights and this were the only two packs I could buy they continued to drink most and told me too late about the leak and 2 more being "half filled" or 3/4 (they could feel the weight are not the same). I only managed to recover 1 can that is actually only one third full or less! to keep as prove.

I still have that one in my possession and it is still sealed. This were bought at Shoprite liquors. Kindly let me know if you will be able to set this right since I waisted my money on at least 6 that were reported to me, which 3 were leaking and 3 more not fully filled. lucinda basjan ********** 31 Oct to pmakhanya, info Good day,

Hopefully you can assist since who ever reads emails at ********** do not care about the customers bad experience with the product.

Again, I bought these two 12packs with some leaking and some half full which were drank already by the guests attending my little sister's 21st party but I managed to keep 1 still closed can which are also not even a third filled.

Can I get someone to respond to this please as I called the number ********** 414 twice now and also empty promises of a customer care agent who will call me back.
