Glass piece found in my Purple Ice

I like to lodge a complaint about SAB, My Wife found a small piece of glass in her Purple Ice, Luckily she managed to take it out of her mouth in time before swallowing, This is very serious as if she had swallowed the small piece of glass it could be fatal, How can we trust that purchasing your product for socializing will lead to our demise, <br> <br> I am very ****ed and frustrated, we are not going to purchase any more and I will tell friends and family<br> <br> I suggest that a quality manager contact me to discuss this matter further
