today phoned customer service regarding a complaint about one of the registered tavern, the call took long then i asked the agent who was serving if she could call me back because my airtime was running out ...she said she would but up until now she never did call me....her name was tholakele.... and the nature of my complaint is, I went to one of the participating outlet for SAB promo ( buy 4 black label 750ml for R50) and this promo runs until 04 December 2017, when i got to these tavern they refuse to serve these drinks yet the ad is on their wall. This is not right, you should not advertise something that is deceiving.

The Tavern's name is Thoko's Tavern at Kwa-Mashu M section
