Extremely Disgusted

Good Day . Trust this finds you well. My husband purchase some Castle Beers over the past weekend being these new 1litre Beers. We were extremely disturbed by this as the Beer which was suppose to be in the bottle was not it, it in fact smelled like Parafin. My partner then returned it to the purchaser whereby they have refused to refund the open bottle and said that we should query this directly with SAB breweries whereby only one small glass was poured in order to confirm the taste of the Beer which in fact is Parafin. I have kept the open 1litre Bottle whereby what ever it is in the Bottle in order to send/ collected by me should you request to do. I would like to know how SAB Breweries is going to correct this terrible expereince. My first time ever experiencing this with Castel Beers. Your response hereto shall be appreciated.
