Everyrhing gone to waiste

We went to the Ngwenya lodge close to the Kruger park in October, we usually do most of the shopping on this side, as there is not really shops close to the lodge. We bought our Windhoek lagers as well as a 18 pack of castle. Once we arrived we had the pleasure of enjoying an ice cold Windhoek. It is a pity we cannot say the same of the castle, what was suppose to be a pleasure turned out into a big mess, all the castles leaked out, when we opened the box, it was a huge mess with beer al over the place, and the smell was not a pleasant one. Allot of the bottles where completely empty and a few between quarter and half. Thus we could not even enjoy one of them, and the money we paid for it, literally went down the drain. If this happened to the Windhoek lager as well, I would have accepted it, but it did not. I did email castle as soon as we arrived back, and up till now, no response.
