Endless run-around

Endless run-around with SAB who do not seem to know the person responsible for supplying beer fridges.<br> I've been requesting fridges from SAB since last September.<br> The rep resigned or moved to another department (nobody knows) and a new rep was appointed.<br> Week after week, after you talk to the manager, the rep will phone and provide another excuse and delay delivery for another 7 days.<br> <br> What must I do now ? Buy my own equipment and get Brand House to come do some marketing ?
