Empty Bottle

On friday i bought a 12 pack of flying fish. when i opened it on Saturday i found that one bottle was empty. i called on monday and was asked if i still have the bottle. i informed the lady that i will check and call back. today i called back and informed that the bottle was thrown away. she informed that she is unable to lodge my complaint as i do not have proof. nowhere on the packaging does it state that i need to keep the proof and informed her of this. i paid for product and was not given the full value for what i paid and find this unacceptable. it is evident that quality checks are not done before exporting a product. poor poor service from SAB.
