Dispute

We are disputing the amount owing on the account held at SAB we called the call center for them to assist but the people working there are unprofessional as we were sent from pillar to post we got assisted after speaking to more than 5 consultants the consultant logged a reconciliation request for after two weeks we made a follow up to be told the person who logged the request knocked of early meaning we are not to be helped so meaning that person decides to leave the company we will never get assisted
