Dishonesty and *********** SAB staff

The customer service is very poor. Ms Happiness Sampaio the representative I'm dealing with is dishonest and extremely *********** Always changing stories regarding requirements to open an account. My license is up to date. In October she said I must bring 2025 license which I did now and still giving me stories.
