Disgusting service at Bellville depo

Never in my entire life have I come across a company so disorganized. I called SA Breweries Bellville for days and finally receptionist picks up. I asked to be put through to sales as I would like to open and account. I had to call back 3 times as the people she has put me through cant transfer calls and it was the wrong department. Then I was told to call back in 5 min. I asked if I could leave my details so a Sales rep could call back. I then get called back by the security giving me the number of a "Sales Manager" as according to them they don't have a sales team. I then called the number and the guy that picked up had no idea what I was referring to. The level and pathetic service is beyond anything I have ever experienced in my life. 3 days later and I am stills struggling to find any sales rep for SAB. I am at a lost.
