Disciplinary Hearing

Good day,

To whom it may concern, I Roberto Campbell currently need assistance from Hellopeter with regards to getting closure regarding my Disciplinary Hearing that I had missed last year 25th of November 2024.

I have been trying to call and email Noloyiso Pokomela who is the person, I am currently dealing with or should I say trying to get assistance from at the Human Resources department at South African Breweries Alrode Alberton since the 18 of August 2025 to date. This is the Third different Human Resources Personal I have been dealing with since I received the letter on the 25th of September 2024, (just for the record).

I had missed my Disciplinary Hearing on the 25th of November 2024 due to some unforeseen circumstances and to date have not been able to get closure with regards to the matter.

I had seeked assistance from the FAWU Union Alrode Alberton offices last year, from around late September 2024 to roughly middle to late October 2024 as I received my first notice of a Disciplinary Hearing. I was being assisted by Teshpo Mo****di at the FAWU union office, I then provided Teshpo Mo****di with the relevant proof pertaining, Pictures and Email that I had tried to contact the Human Resources department and Mpho Jackie Sekonya. I was then informed by Teshpo Mo****di that the company was not satisfied with the proof I had provided him with as I did not contact Mpho Jackie Sekonya on his Cellphone. I then informed Teshpo Mo****di that I had made contact with Mpho Jackie Sekonya on his Cellphone and that the Email kept failing as undelivered. I have also received little to no support from the FAWU Union office and Shop Stewards since then.

Why did the Human Resources Department not send the letter of my Disciplinary Hearing to my Shop Steward? I am still wondering to this day as he had been in contact with them regarding the matter at hand.

I am at the stage where I am Spiritually; Emotionally, Mentally, Physically and Financially drained from the matter taking so long. I would just like closure regarding the matter at hand as to move on with my life as this matter is keeping me from obtaining another career as Records states that I am still an ABInbev SABmiller employee.

I understand that the wheels of justice turn slowly in our land, but this is draining.

I don't understand how or why ABInbev SABmiller Human Resources Department cannot take responsibility for their actions/work.
