Disappointed

So I bought a case of pints at my local bottle store just over a week ago. after having a few of the beers with friends we noticed that the ones we had were flat. I went to the bottle store last week and they told me to call the customer care on the side of the bottle. Phone it and the lady took my number and said they'll call me back. Waited and no response. Called again yesterday, told another consultant what happened and she said she needs details on the bottle. Told her I was at work and she said she'll phone me yesterday between 5 and 5:15. I waited and surprise surprise, no return call again. So breweries,what's up with that? I love your beers and openly praise them, but customer service like that is not what I expected from your company, I am really disappointed to say the least
