Customer service is non-existent

The customer care for such a large company is absolutely pathetic. I bought some castle lite cans and several of the cans were half full. I phoned the call centre 7 weeks ago for the first time. Have phoned twice since then and every time I have been told someone will call me back. Last week I e-mailed them through their website hoping to get some response and still nothing.
