Customer Care

The number of responses by the company to negative ratings on this page is zero. In my opinion it is a clear indication of their commitment, or lack thereof, to customer service. If I had a choice, as a small business owner, I would have preferred not to deal with them. Even the very basics of business etiquette, like the acknowledgement of receipt of correspondence, is ignored by them.
