I have a customer who would like to know the reason behind why his order that was created on the 23/12/2020 is still not planned as yet. A response will be highly appreciated.

I am very mush disappointed and angry.... Already it was a Problem on your side that my order was not planned.

The order was placed well before time to get it before the close of Alcohol sale. ON MONDAY I spoke to Nhlakanipho Zungu whom am having problem getting hold of on the phone, I asked about my order and he said I will get it as per delivery date. TODAY AM CALLING TO CHECK AND AM TOLD IT'S BEEN CANCELED after waiting so long and I was not informed on top of all this I have to order again at current PRICE this is bull****, IT'S NOT FAIR!!! IT'S FRIDAY TODAY I HAVE BOUGHT BEER SINCE I WAS EXPECTING FROM YOU GUYZ
