Complaint for leaking beer

I am so disappointed.

I bought a 12pck castle lite at blue bottle store and was very upset, one of them were leaking in my refrigerator as it was not sealed as supposed to the others. I still have the one that is not properly sealed. After all it is a full beer that no one would just offer me for free. I tried contacting them nd I have failed. For a castle lite buyer i feel like not wanting to buy this no more i feel like rather buying Heineken instead as the are much more easier to contact. If i don't get any answer i will keep posting this bad service including my attachments
