Chaotic & ******* system in liquor stores

Its crazy!!!!! Why are you stating your beer bottles, are returnable when its an absolute nightmare to do so? Some liquor shops tells you a million different stories. I paid for the deposit on the bottles, but am unable to return it? How is it my problem when they have no crates to put the bottles in and when the truck comes in and and and.... When I buy coca-cola and I return my bottle theres never a problem. Some of the liquor shops gives people 50c for a R2 deposit bottle.

Please let me know what is going on and wheter liquor shops have the right to refuse to take the empty bottles YOU enscribed as "RETURN FOR DEPOSIT"? and some charge you again for returning it?
