Castle lite fridges caught on fire

On 4th October, two castle lite fridges caught on fire and damaged stock and the building. We have been a loyal customer of SAB for over 20years, running a bottle store in lenasia south. We have made several calls to contact SAB to come and evaluate the issue, but no response or any initiative was taken by SAB to resolve the issue. We have left the fridges as is, awaiting for SAB to evaluate, but 10days has passed with nothing being done, this is a health hazard and we wish to resolve this asap. SAB needs to make effort to come sort out this situation as their fridges are at fault for damages.
