Castle lite 910ml cap

Bad experience with the 910ml castle lite. Multiple times the seal was broken in the cap and the beer was stale. The normal caps on all the other SABS beers work perfect but the ***** on cap on the 910ml castle lite does not seal properly. I did contact them about this issue but they did not respond to me.
