Castle Lite 330ml Dumpie

This complaint is coming from a supporter and fan of your beers. I would like to add that I emailed your complaints department before I jumped onto here but I would really like you to hear me out.

Your Castle Lite 330ml dumpies. I have bought numerous six packs from various bottle stores and there is a 50/50 chance the beers are flat. The bottle cap is extremely hard to twist off and there is no sound of the gas escaping like that of an ordinary beer bottle. The taste is often effected and the beer is poured out.

I really enjoy the beer and it is definitely the one to have if you are having more than one.

An enjoyable ice cold & gas filled Castle Lite.
