Castle lager Rugby world cup competition

Hi i got a call last week tuesday from this number +27 (11) *** for Castle lager current rugby competition the lady took my id number and the person i nominate to travel with for verification! She called me back to tell me that SAB say i cant win the prize because i won the budweiser 2018 competition for fifa world cup which is 5 years ago! I feel ****** and its unfair cos the terms and conditions doesnt say anything thats prevent me from winning this prize! Please advice
