Castle lager mixed in lion lager six pack

24 Oct 2025 I did buy a 6 pack lion lager cans from tops @ Spar. When I got to my car I saw there was one dented castle lager mixed in there. Did inform the manager and told him I will contact SA Breweries. Quick response after I contacted them and was arranged that Marks would come and collect the six pack on Tuesday before 8H00. And that they did. Six pack still sealed in the wrapping with bar code.I did ask for feedback but was told they investigate and fix what happened but don't give that info out. Bad part is that I was told I would get a voucher as I paid for this six pack and now SAB took it without replacing it. That was 2 weeks ago and still no voucher or any communication. From my side I never phoned again as it is their responsibility to send me a voucher. I do not want to beg them. I just want my six pack replaced.So I actually bought breweries a six pack. Did post the video on SAB Facebook page,but that was before they collected or promised a voucher. Even there no response.
