Black mold in beer bottle

So yesterdat I bought four castle lites 750ml of which one of the bottles were full of black mold inside I only noticed it when I pulled off the labels and the bottle was in half and the beer was in half dranked today I have stomach cramps

It is clear that the bottle wasn't properly sterilized at the factory which caused it to build mold or the bottle was not rinsed properly

I tried to wipe it off then i noted it is on the inside
