beer theft

i bought 2x 18 pack beers last week. in one pack 1 beer was half empty and 2 beers had less than normal beer. the second 18 pack had 1 beer half empty and the caps were all sealed. Contacted sab and they have acknowledged the email but no one called me back. maybe this is a new tactic to rob unsuspecting drinkers hoping no one would make a fuss. at the end of the day 1 beer is one beer let alone losing 4 beers.
