Because of shocking rep I have not had delivery

Absolutely disgusted with your sales Rep Que Makhanya. I have now on a busy weekend not received my order because of him. I had to send back stock not ordered to the value of around R1400 as well as every time he 'gives' me two cases of flying fish which are not ordered but a 'so called gift' they get charged to my account. No one drinks them not even for free so I do not want them, but yet now if I don't pay I don't get my order. This is against all consumber acts to actually bill people for things that they have not ordered. no credit notes nothing, so now I sit with no stock thanks to SAB. I want a new rep and I want my account sorted
