Bad service from South African brewery

I am a customer at SAB ,I have never felt humiliated by a driver while we support to buy directly from sab ,I received a massage that my expected delivery time is 9h00 to 13h30,so I received a call at 14h00 saying arrange a bakkie to come and collect your stock at the main road now or we are passing.

I said I am at word why didn't you arrange with me on time so I can hire a bakkie to come collect and his respond was that the other outlet collected and what is special about my outlet, when I arrange to pay for transportation I called him that it's on it's way to come collect he said that he already arranged with his boss so I'll get it next time I must tell the driver to return

Since I made this order last Thursday all I got is humiliated from SAB
