Bad service

I place my order on monday and i pay same day i change the delivery for 9 August i check with them on the 9 in the morning they told me that my order is not plamned i told the rep that i need the order and support team ask the rep that i willing to go to depot and collect he gave go ahaed i went to depot i wait from 12h30 until 14h30 and then the supervisor fundo just pass he did not want speak to me order number ***3 i want my time and petrol
