Bad service

Last week I received a call from African bank notifying me that they will debit on the 13th on the very same day I went to African bank after work to make an arrangement that I need to be debited on the 20th because I'm only getting paid on the 20th today while preparing my stuff since I'm going from Gauteng to eastern Cape I got a notification from African bank they debited already from the money came to my account not my salary, mind you I never had a reversal or fail debit with them I had to take a taxi to town left my kids preparing themselves and it took me more than an hour for them to refund that money back on my account , and they said my account was on tracker I dont know how cos I never failed to pay them, I'm so disappointed with their service.
