Bad hygene in the bottling plant

I bought a case of Lion beer quarts from Makro Riversands. I only noticed when I had almost finished one of the bottles of beer that there was some kind of sediment attached to the inside of the bottle very close to the best before date and batch inked printing near the neck of the bottle. The best before date is 30 DEC 20 and the batch was A12 06:34 2. I am quite disgusted, especially with the current health crisis in the country, that SAB can sell beer without adequately sterilizing the bottles and most definitely the system which checks the bottles before filling was inoperative. I have taken photos of the bottle.
