Bad communication/service

Account blocked due to new liquor license not being submitted. Apparently they phoned in January. Requested recording of that call - still waiting. Rep never asked / followed up. Send license and order via email yesterday Wed 4/4/18 @ 7h21. Still account is blocked ??? People dealing with licenses can not be contacted - only via email.
