Bad Attitude displayed by someone at accounts

I called my rep Patrick why my payment that was done on the 04/12/2015 of R19280 why isn't reflecting. He then gave me numbers for accounts/billing and I spoke a rude lady Precious Hlongwane if not mistaken from accounts. Cause reception told me there's more than one Precious. She was very rude on a phone and she hung up on me whilst talking to her. She sounded a bit drunk on the phone. Still extremely shocked that SAB treat their customers or cause it's december they can do what they please...
