Apple pathetic service

This review is about Apple service. Not the product. If only their service was as good as the product. But the lack of available service is such that I may have to settle for a lesser product with service. Its the 3rd time I visit iStore Menlyn only to wait and wait so long that I have to leave and today is no different. Have you ever tried to contact Apple. Its basically impossible. they palm off all support functions to other fly by night seat if your pant forums where you will never get a simple straight forward answer. The fact is the software and billing is complex and you just CANT get it resolved.
