Account blocked SAB USELESS

We at house wife cafe kroonstad ship to number 596997 submitted and gave a copy of our liqour licence to our rep as well as emailed it. For the last two weeks our account has been blocked because they say we havn't submitted our licence.Asked the rep she said its head office thats the problem.For two weeks I have lost alot of business and money because SAB dont know how to do their work.dissapointed with such bad service.SIES
