ACCODENT CAUSED BY ONE OF UR RECKLESS DRIVERS

Good day On the 10th of October 2022 a driver with a truck BYG 895 NW or BYG 095 NW was delivering alcohol at Platinum Express Bottle store on Bishkek, ran into my car and tore off the rear view mirror! He then ran off and sped away there’s a cctv footage that I got from the bottle store and if u don’t respond to this I will escalate it further!
